Specifications:
- Cover Leaf(s): 1/4" (7mm) aluminum diamond plate.
- Angle Frame: 1/4" (7mm) aluminum with continuous anchor flange, fabricated to facilitate access to pumps as well as the trash basket.
- Load Rating: 300 lbs. psf (1464 kg. psm) uniform live load with a maximum allowable deflection of 1/150 of the span.
- Locking System: non-corrosive locking bar used in conjunction with an owner supplied padlock.
- Cover equipped with the following Type 316 stainless steel features: heavy duty hinges, tamper proof attaching hardware, automatic hold open arm with aluminum latch.
- Guarantee: Access covers shall carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and/or workmanship.

The T1R (single leaf) series access frames and covers as manufactured by Halliday Products, Inc. of Orlando, Florida shall have a 1/4" (7mm) thick, one-piece, mill finish, extruded aluminum frame, incorporating a continuous concrete anchor. The 2-door unit shall combine the pump access and the trash basket access doors in a one-piece frame structure and shall be sized to facilitate the removal of the pumps and the Series B Halliday Products trash basket system. The door panels shall be 1/4" (7mm) aluminum diamond plate, reinforced to withstand a live load of 300 lbs. psf (1464 kg. psm). Doors shall open to 90 degrees and automatically lock with T-316 stainless steel hold open arms with aluminum release handles. Doors shall close flush with the frame. Hinges and all fastening hardware shall be T-316 stainless steel. Unit shall lock with non-corrosive locking bars and have non-corrosive handles. Unit shall carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and/or workmanship.
