(Stainless Steel Angle Frame)
S1G & S1K Series
The S1G type 304 and S1K type 316 series are angle framed access covers with 300 lb. psf (1464 kg psm) load rating. Single door units are supplied with spring assists and are ideal for casting into concrete top slabs directly above submersible pumps and debris baskets. Please see the drawing page for standard features. This series can also be used for underground vaults that have provisions for drainage of incidental water. This series should not be used if water intrusion is a determining factor. (See channel framed series W-B, W-N) If required the S-G and S-K series can also be modified to fit existing openings. For more information on this modification please consult the factory with your existing opening size(s).
