The H1W (single leaf) and H2W (double leaf) series access frames and covers as manufactured by Halliday Products, Inc. of Orlando, Florida shall have a 1/4 inch (7mm) thick, one-piece, mill finish, extruded aluminum channel frame, incorporating a continuous concrete anchor. A 1-1/2 inch (38mm) drainage coupling shall be located in the front left corner of the channel frame. The inside of the frame shall have a door-support ledge on two (2) sides. Both frame and ledge must be supported by a full bed of Class A concrete. The door panels shall be 1/4" (7mm) aluminum diamond plate, reinforced to withstand a live load of the H-20, Uniform live load with a maximum allowable deflection of 1/150 of the span. Doors shall open to 90 degrees and automatically lock with a T-316 stainless steel hold open arm with aluminum release handle. For ease of operation, doors shall incorporate enclosed stainless steel compression spring assists. Doors shall close flush with the frame. Hinges and all fastening hardware shall be T-316 stainless steel. Unit shall lock with a T-316stainless steel slam lock with removable key and have a non-corrosive handle. Unit shall carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and/or workmanship.
